About the cancellation of the railroad service due to the typhoon.(Nankai Electric Railway )
南海電車も明日4日12時くらいから運休なのですが、南海のホームページを見ると運休情報などは日本語以外でも表示されているんですね。ちょっとびっくり致しました。

台風接近に伴う、列車の運転休止について台風21号の接近に伴い、9月4日12時までに列車の運転を休止いします。
運転休止に伴い、休止時刻の約３時間前より列車の運転本数を減らして運行いたします。各駅への最終列車は、ホームページ、若しくは駅係員にご確認ください。
なお、運転再開については施設等の点検のため、時間を要しますので、あらかじめご了承願います。
※施設等の状況により、終日運休する場合もございます。

About the cancellation of the railroad service due to the typhoon.
From 12:00 of September 4, all railroad services will be cancelled due to the typhoon No.21. Prior to this cancellation, numbers of trains running will be lessen from about 3 hours before the cancel. Please check website, or ask the staff at the station for the final train to each stations. Please note that it will take certain amount of time to resume the railroad service due to the inspection of facilities.
※Please note that the railroad service may be cancelled all day depending on the facility’s condition.
